TVI Pacific’s primary holding is a 30.66% stake in TVI Resource Development Philippines Inc. (TVIRD), a private Philippine resource company engaged in various operations, development, and exploration projects across the Philippines. TVIRD is focused on potentially listing on the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) once market conditions stabilize and government mining policies are harmonized.

To maximize its valuation and investment value for TVI Pacific, TVIRD is concentrating on several key growth areas. These include ramping up gold production at the Balabag Gold and Silver Project, advancing development and operations at the Siana Gold Project, progressing the Mabilo Project towards production, and moving forward with the Pan de Azucar and Agata Limestone Projects.

Additionally, TVIRD is exploring and developing its portfolio of tenements and seeking new resource properties for acquisition and development.
