He currently serves as the Director for Finance and Special Projects at TVI Resource Development (Phils), Inc. Previously, he was the President of Greenstone Resources Corporation, the Mineral Production Sharing Agreement holder for the Siana and Mapawa Gold Projects under the management of Red 5 Limited. In addition to his industry experience, Mr. Manigsaca has also contributed to academia as a former Assistant Professor in the School of Management at the University of the Philippines in Mindanao. JAYDEE JUSTINE B. LEGASPI-BUDUANGeneral Counsel Justine is a corporate lawyer with over 17 years of experience as in-house legal counsel of companies across diverse industries, including more than six years of direct involvement in the Philippine mining sector. She currently serves as General Counsel of the Company, where she provides strategic legal advice on mining regulations, corporate housekeeping, taxation, and corporate governance. Justine was previously Senior Manager for Legal Affairs of TVI Resource Development Philippines Inc. (TVIRD), a mining company, where she handled mining regulatory compliance, corporate housekeeping, and provided legal advice on mining, tax, corporate, labor and environmental law. Justine also worked as Senior Legal Manager for Ethics and Compliance of Republic Cement Services Inc., where she handled labor, litigation and ethics and compliance which solidified her experience in managing regulatory compliance with labor law, ethics and compliance and government audits across multiple plant operations. EUGENE T. MATEO, BBA, MBA, LLB, LLMDirector Atty. Mateo is a lawyer and a certified public accountant with over 40 years of experience as senior finance and management executive in various companies. He joined the TVIRD as vice president for finance and administration in 1995. At this time, TVI was pursuing a number of projects in the Philippines, including the Canatuan Mining Project, the drilling operations of its subsidiary company and a number of exploration activities. In January 2005, Atty. Mateo was appointed President of TVIRD – a position he held until his retirement in 2019. He was also elected president of various subsidiaries under the TVI Group of Companies. From 1998 to 2004, Atty. Mateo served as a member of the Philippine Professional Regulation Commission and as chairman of the PRC Accounting Licensure and Regulatory Board from 2001 onwards. |
